Below you will find an explanation of what RSS exactly is and how you can subscribe to our Feeds and/or Podcasts.
What is RSS?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and makes it possible for people to keep up with their favorite web sites in an automated manner that's
easier than checking them manually.
How to Subscribe?Since there are various readers to subscribe with, we'll explain the more popular ones.
- How to subscribe via Mozilla Thunderbird
(you can get the latest version of Mozilla Thunderbird by
clicking here) Once you have installed and started Thunderbird, we first need to create a new account for RSS.
- Click Tools -> Acount Settings ->
Add Account
- Click RSS News & Blogs and click Next
- Pick a name for the Account and Click Next then click Finished
When you click finished you will get back to the Account Settings window. On the left you should find your newly created account.
Now we will add the subscription for your favorite show.
- Click on the account, and the right should show the settings and a button for 'Manage Subscriptions', click that
- Click Add on the pop up box and fill in the address to the feed, either by copy/paste or typing it in.
- Click OK and close the 'Manage Subscription' pop up
